Current Project Status: We're gathering a list of volunteers now and hope to get started right after the 2019 National.

Thank you for volunteering, or considering to help develop the new Work & Play topic of our new website. Everyone is excited to see this topic section develop for all the sports our Bouvier enjoy! We understand the amount of work it will take to complete this goal. Marilyn and Mo will help guide you and your volunteers through this process. We have a solid plan and are ready to go... But, we can't create the Work & Play topic section without volunteers to help. So thank you!

Where We're Headed

If you were in attendance at the 2018 National in our annual membership meeting, the website redesign committee talked about an updated direction for a new website. One that focuses on education, community and connecting Bouvier folks with like minded interests. Our goal is to bring together the existing and potential Bouvier communities.

Collect Content

We'll use a collection of content to get started developing the webpage:

1. Brief information about the sport itself.
   
2. How to get started in this particular sport
3. Equipment needed for the sport
4. Bouvier Trainers
   
5. List of Breed Mentors who participate (now or past) in the sport. This is a voluntary role geared towards encouraging members to mentor other Bouvier owners in each sport.
6. Articles & Interviews
7. Photos
8. Videos
9. Links to websites and Facebook Groups promote this sport. Like AKC, NAWBA, etc.
   
10. Regulations
11. Event List - Bouvier specific (Optional)
12. Premium Lists
13. Other ideas that can be added later in a potential future Phase. Let's focus on Phase 1 for now.
    

Approach to Getting this Project Done

The overall project is a large effort and Marilyn and Mo will help move us all foward towards completion. We can't tell you how excited we are to launch this new educational component for the Bouvier Community.

• First we're on a hunt to secure volunteers across all the sports.
  • And if you know anyone interested in helping out, please get us connected.
• Then just after the 2019 National Specialty, we'll host a Kick-off Online Conference for all volunteers.
  • We'll review the existing plan, open brainstorm for anything missing and check in on next steps to move forward!
• We've created individual project pages for each sport. The sidebar on this page will include a link to each sport. Each project page includes:
