Membership Information

The American Bouvier des Flandres Club (ABdFC) is pleased to hear of your interest in our organization. Our objectives are to provide information and services that support the Bouvier community. Your club membership includes regular communication about the club, Bouvier related events and access to the member only section of the website.

Application Fees

  1. Individual Membership = $40.00
  2. Associate Membership = $40.00. For persons not owning a Bouvier or a Foreign Member. This is a Non Voting membership.
  3. Junior Membership is $20.00
Note: Foreign Membership dues are the same as listed for US Residents (Canadian Residents and Other Foreign Residents).

Membership Application

Step 1 - Download Documents

When you're ready, submit your completed packet to the Membership Chair via E-Mail or Postal Service Mail. Two persons living in the same household may submit a single application as long as both parties are identified.

Note: ABdFC requires two (2) sponsors who are current Club members and do not reside in the same household. Photocopies of sponsors' signatures will not be accepted. 

Step 2 - Submit Application

Step 3 - Pay Dues

Mail: Checks and money orders must be made payable in U.S. funds to the ABdFC.

Membership Application Process

Once your application has been received, your name(s) will be printed in the next minutes of the Board of Governors meeting.
At the following meeting the Secretary will report to the Board any comments received regarding your application, and the Board will vote on your application to membership. Please be patient, as this process can take several months to complete.

Approved members will receive a confirming letter and be added to the members only section of the website.
Note: If a membership is not approved, you will be notified and the dues will be returned.

You can pay your annual membership dues in the Member Payments & Donations (member log-in required).
