Sport Title - Content Inventory

This is a draft project template page for each sport

Updated: 9/14/19
Status: Beginning stages of Step 1
Our approach to Step 1 is divide and conquer!
This first step is the most work for each volunteer and the website redesign committee. We can't do this without you, so we hope you know how much we appreciate each person's contribution.

After we know who the section volunteers are, we'll host a online conference call to connect everyone, answer questions and share next steps. Of course, please contact us if you have questions.

- Marilyn Adams and Mo Hieronimus-Dimercurio

Step 1: Gather Information

Step 1 Deadline Goal: Collect at least a small amount of information in each section below.

Current Task: Please select a section that interests you that you'd like to work on. Email Mo & Marilyn at bouvierclub@gmail.com once you make your selection so we can list you as the point of contact

Content Assignments & Tasks

We'll use a collection of content to get started developing the webpage:
  1. Information about the sport itself
  2. How to get started in this particular sport
  3. Equipment needed for the sport
  4. Trainers
  5. List of Breed Mentors who participate (now or past) in the sport. This is a voluntary role geared towards encouraging members to mentor other Bouvier owners in this sport.
  6. Articles & Interviews
    1. Example: Conformation Handling Tips - from Sue Vroom. Mo working on with Sue.
    2. Example: Carting with your Bouvier -  from Lisa Rodier. Article complete.
  7. Photos
  8. Videos
  9. Links to websites and Facebook Groups promote this sport.
    1. Example: Facebook - Bouvier Carting
  10. Regulations
  11. Event List
  12. Premium Lists
  13. Other ideas that can be added later in a potential future Phase.

Step 2: Refine Content

Step 2 Deadline Goal: Review content and revise as needed to support new web site design. Marilyn and Mo will work with each volunteer directly.

Current Task: None at this time.

Step 3: Publish to the New Sport Webpage

Step 3 Deadline Goal: Once all content is updated if needed and approved to publish, Marilyn and Mo will start adding content to the new web site for each sport. If you'd like to learn how to support the website with use, we'll work with you and provide training. Be sure to let us know if you'd like to volunteer as a web designer.

Current Task: None at this time.
