All photos must have a label on the back with dog's name, owner and/or handler's name, and a mailing address. All photos will be returned if a self-addressed stamped envelope is enclosed. The following form MUST be completed for EACH photo before being placed on the ABdFC web site. The "description of the photo" field is what will be used to describe the photo on the web site. Be sure to include all earned performance titles and health tests.
Print this page, complete the form for each photo to be submitted and send form(s) and photos via regular mail to the ABdFC Webmaster . Contact me to find out the address they are to be sent to. If this form with the signature(s) of owner/handler, all persons in photo and the photographer is not sent via regular mail to the webmaster for each photo, the photo(s) will not be used. If you need more spaces for names/signatures, please use the bottom and back of this page. We do not require the judge or trophy chair to sign the form(s), but the photographer and any handler and/or owners in the photo will have to sign the form(s).
