The American Bouvier des Flandres Club is pleased to hear of your interest in our organization. Our objectives are to provide information and services that will maintain that interest.

A copy of the ABdFC Membership Application form, Bylaws and Code of Ethics are available for download in Microsoft Word (Version 6.0) format, Wordperfect format, Adobe PDF format, or can be viewed on the Web. You must print the application, fill in the information, and return it to the Club Secretary shown above.Two persons living in the same household may submit a single application as long as both parties are identified. You will note that you are required to have two (2) sponsors for membership in the ABdFC. These sponsors must be current Club members who do not reside in the same household. Photocopies of sponsors signatures will not be accepted.

The fee, which must accompany the application, is $32.50 for one person or $65.00 for two persons. This includes an initiation fee of $2.50 per person and annual dues of $30.00 per person. Junior Membership is $17.50, which includes $15.00 dues and $2.50 initiation fee. Family membership is $50.00 per couple per year, but that membership may not be selected until dues are renewed for the second year. Checks and money orders must be made payable in U.S. funds to the ABdFC. If your membership is not approved, the dues will be returned.

Once your application has been recieved, your name(s) will be printed in the next minutes of the Board of Governors meeting. At the following meeting the secretary will report to the Board any comments received regarding your application, and the Board will vote on your application to membership. Please be patient, as this process can take from three to four months to complete. You will then begin to receive our publications.
